Routine maintenance plays a critical role in maximising the reliability of your standby power systems, therefore a planned program should always be considered as an essential part of any standby power system. This will ensure that your equipment is kept at its peak performance and is always in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and requirements.
Maintenance should be scheduled every 6 months or 400 hours running time, whichever comes first. We offer both standard 2 x annual visit maintenance contract's and also tailored maintenance packages to suit your exact requirements, UPS Generators understands that clients requirements can differ depending on generator use, maintenance requirements and types of equipment to be maintained. We offer a 24/7 365 day emergency service with response times specified in your contract to suit your requirements.
We offer diesel generator servicing and repairs that are reliable and competitively priced to keep your generators running smoothly and reduce downtime. Our engineers are highly skilled will advise you of any issues with your system and offer solutions and recommendations to ensure your system is ready when it is required.
On a service visit to your premises, our engineers will produce an in-depth report on the condition of your genset, which we will discuss with you. Our maintenance packages may also include thermal imaging of mechanical and electrical parts to detect any imminent failure, thus providing a pro-active service.
We recommend at least one full service per year even if the machine is rarely used. UPS Generators will provide a second visit to once again check the operation of the equipment, after which a fully documented operational report will be produced.
